Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering students to join the Wilmington, North Carolina office. This internship is not remote.

Interns will use AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, and other software to analyze and QC deliverables for client projects, supporting pre-construction civil engineering tasks and permitting processes. Qualifications

Pursuing ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
Majors include Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Biosystems, Chemical or Agricultural Engineering; Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
Collaborate with project managers and across disciplines to realize clients' visions for future built environments.
Develop familiarity with federal, state and local regulations and Kimley-Horn’s standards.
