Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Peachtree Corners, GA office in 2027. This is not a remote position and involves applying software tools to analyze, deliver, and QC client projects.

You will contribute to civil design, planning, permitting, and multi-project analysis while gaining exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other industry software. The role emphasizes learning regulatory standards and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

  • ABET accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 in Civil, Environmental, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn software tools used in civil design.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for built environments.
  • Learn regulatory practices and internal standards relevant to projects.
