Job summary

Kimley-Horn seeks entry-level engineering graduates to join our Chamblee, Georgia office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients, and contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis. Training will cover AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree to be completed by Summer 2027.
• Majors include Civil/Environmental or Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical or Agricultural Engineering; Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Learn software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
