Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Chattanooga, Tennessee office in 2027. This is not a remote position and will be an in-office, full-time opportunity.

You will utilize software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, GIS and related tools to analyze, plan, and deliver civil engineering projects, collaborating with teams to meet client needs and project milestones. Qualifications

  • ABET accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027.
  • Majors include Civil/Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions for the built environment.
  • Learn discipline-specific software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, GIS.
