Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Philadelphia, PA office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients, and contribute to pre-construction design, planning, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects. You’ll develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and Kimley-Horn’s standards, while learning software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open

Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) by Summer 2027 in one of the listed majors.
  • Degree programs must be ABET-accredited and completed by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, produce, and QC deliverables using technical software.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
  • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
  • Develop familiarity with regulations and Kimley-Horn practices and standards.
  • Learn software tools specific to disciplines (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS).
