Job summary
Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our Celina, Texas office in 2027. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities include using software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients, supporting pre-construction civil engineering design and permitting, and collaborating across disciplines to realize client visions. Majors include Civil/Environmental Engineering among others, with ABET accreditation by Summer 2027.
Qualifications
- ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027.
- Majors listed: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering; Engineering Technology.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
- Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
- Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
- Develop familiarity with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
