Job summary

Kimley-Horn invites engineering graduates to join our Bryan-College Station office in 2027. This is not a remote position and offers exposure to multiple civil engineering disciplines and software tools.

Responsibilities include analyzing and delivering client-ready work, supporting pre-construction design, and learning relevant regulations and internal practices as you collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 in Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Engineering Technology degree also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Develop familiarity with regulations and company standards.
• Analysts will learn software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
