Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Weatherford, Texas office in 2027. This is not a remote position and offers exposure to multiple projects across civil engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities include using technical software to analyze and deliver client-focused outcomes, supporting pre-construction design, permitting, and regulatory work, and learning programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, and GIS over time.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027.
• Majors include Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Responsabilités

• Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions.
• Develop familiarity with applicable regulations and Kimley-Horn’s standards.
• Learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
