Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our The Woodlands, Texas office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities include using technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients, and contributing to pre-construction civil design, planning, and permitting for diverse projects. You will learn multiple software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, and GIS, while adhering to regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited engineering degree expected by Summer 2027.
  • Majors include Civil and Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural.
  • Engineering Technology also considered.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions for built environments.
  • Learn regulations and Kimley-Horn/client standards.
  • Gain proficiency in listed software tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, GIS).
