Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office in 2027. This is not a remote position, and entry-level analysts will work on a variety of civil projects across disciplines.

Responsibilities include analyzing deliverables with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, and GIS, contributing to pre-construction design, and learning regulatory practices. The role emphasizes collaboration and professional growth within Kimley-Horn's supportive

Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027.
  • Majors include Civil and/or Environmental Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Engineering Technology degree is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, produce, and QC deliverables using technical software.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
  • Solve complex problems and collaborate with project managers across disciplines.
  • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
  • Learn software programs like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
