LaBella Associates in North Carolina is seeking a Civil Engineer to design site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements while guiding project delivery. You will manage proposals, budgets, and client relationships, and prepare plans, specs, and estimates as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
• Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
• Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement.
• Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.
