LaBella is seeking a Civil Engineer to design infrastructure and support a range of public works projects in the Rock Hill/Charlotte area. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and help prepare plans and cost estimates for complex infrastructure improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination across functions, and opportunities for growth within an employee-owned firm. Salary ranges reflect significant experience and regional market rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of public works standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements
• Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships
• Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
