LaBella is seeking a Civil Engineer to design site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements for public infrastructure projects in the Charlotte area. You will manage proposals, budgets, and client relationships while preparing plans and cost estimates, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff.

The role involves assisting with funding applications, permitting and public engagement, overseeing construction administration, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
• Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
