LaBella is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, and delivery of multidisciplinary public infrastructure projects in North Carolina. You’ll mentor staff, develop teams, and strengthen client partnerships with municipal and state entities to deliver sustainable, resilient solutions.
You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and QA/QC of design deliverables, while pursuing new business opportunities and proposals that expand our community impact.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $155,000 per year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
