The role involves performing quantity calculations, preparing specifications, and supporting project management on mid-size assignments. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in civil engineering, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in general civil engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board for the position location.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan production for general civil projects including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, and utilities.
• Perform quantity calculations and prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Assist as Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid-size projects; may supervise staff.
• Contribute to project decisions and ensure high-quality civil design work.
