State of New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Bureau of Turnpikes, is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to develop and manage the Turnpike Asset Management program. This role requires coordinating with multiple internal and external groups and ensuring compliance with department guidelines.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination, with a NH PE license or license from another state preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 8 years of education and experience after high school.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in NH or another state; civil/civil highway discipline.
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Develop and document Turnpike Asset Management program following the Department's guidelines.
• Oversee tracking, reporting and communication of asset management to Turnpike management and other groups.
• Evaluate and monitor asset management program for efficiency; recommend changes.
