Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering or a Bachelor’s in engineering with an MBA.
One year of engineering experience after Professional Engineer licensure.
Or Bachelor’s in engineering with three years post-licensure experience.

Responsibilities

Supervises the design and construction of complex transportation projects statewide.
Reviews plans to reflect field conditions and maintain compliance.
Authorizes materials, equipment, and procedures for project completion.
Interacts with public officials and consultants to resolve issues.
Maintains and evaluates project data and statewide databases.
