Job summary

Kleinschmidt Group is hiring an Entry-Mid level Civil Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team. You will help develop designs and provide construction support for dam removals, embankment repairs, fish passage facilities, and renewable energy projects.

The role supports hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office and travel as needed. A BS in Civil Engineering and EIT are required, with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Erosion & sediment control and stormwater management design experience.
• Prior exposure to engineering design/construction support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior staff on project delivery from conceptual designs to issued for bid construction drawings.
• Collaborate with scientists, data analysts, engineers, and licensing experts to develop solutions for renewable energy projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, CAD work, GIS analyses, and prepare technical documents.
