This role offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, along with great benefits, remote work options, and significant growth opportunities.

About Us: We are an employee-owned firm with six offices, comprising civil, structural, bridge, transportation, roadway, traffic engineers, licensed land surveyors, inspectors, technicians, and administrative staff. Our surveying is conducted in-house by dedicated crews.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Must hold a TN Registered PE or licensure in an adjacent state with the ability to obtain TN licensure within 6 months.
• BSCE from an ABET-accredited engineering program; MS or higher degree preferred.
• Excellent engineering design and communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and client services.
• Knowledge of local design standards and regulatory agencies is a plus.
• Experience with municipalities, utilities, land development, and related agencies is a plus.
