Job summary

SpawGlass in Houston is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to lead infrastructure and site development projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and alignment of field operations, subcontractors, engineers, and owners around shared goals for schedule, cost, quality, and performance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage cost tracking and forecasting, schedule updates, subcontractor coordination, material and equipment procurement, RFIs and

Qualifications

• Experience in civil, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects such as site development, utilities, roadways, drainage or concrete structures.
• Strong understanding of civil construction means and methods (earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, concrete).
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day project operations, subcontractor performance, cost tracking, and schedule adherence.
• Solid knowledge of project contracts, specifications, change management, and coordination with engineers and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout, aligning field operations, subcontractors, engineers, and owners around schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
• Manage cost tracking and forecasting, schedule updates, procurement, RFIs and submittals, and change management.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to address site conditions, sequencing, utility conflicts, and production impacts while ensuring compliance with plans, permits, and inspections.
