Job summary

Employment & Training Centers, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for heavy civil and public infrastructure projects in the Greater Houston area.

You will lead planning, budgets, schedules, contracts, field coordination, and closeout, coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of heavy civil PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with CMiC or Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction project management experience in heavy civil/public infrastructure.
• Experience with underground utilities, water/wastewater, large-diameter pipelines, lift stations, or tunneling is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of heavy civil/public infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, contracts, procurement, and resources.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Lead and direct superintendents, project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
