Job summary

SpawGlass in Texas seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to lead delivery of complex healthcare construction projects, from renovations in active hospitals to campus expansions. You will drive safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with healthcare standards.

You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, infection prevention, designers, and trade partners to minimize disruption, manage documentation, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction project experience, including renovations in active facilities.
• Strong understanding of means, methods, scheduling, and cost control for healthcare.
• Experience with ICRA protocols and ILSM in occupied clinical environments.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in dynamic environments with strict safety and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and change management.
• Coordinate with superintendents, clinical staff, infection prevention, design partners, and trades.
• Maintain alignment and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
• Oversee documentation, budgets, phasing plans, and issue resolution.
• Mentor assistant project managers and promote best practices.
• Guide preconstruction logistics and phasing strategy development.
