Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish. You will manage planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and trade partners.

You will work with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to keep goals aligned, resolve challenges, and ensure all work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare, higher education, civic, or corporate construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects to ensure efficient delivery from start to finish.
• Manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and all trade partners.
• Collaborate with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to align on goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure work complies with contracts, drawings, and specs.
• Oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Experienced PMs may lead multiple phases, mentor assistants, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
