RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator within Engineering Support to advance model-based delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. You will act as a firmwide resource for Civil BIM, digital delivery, and infrastructure modeling best practices, collaborating with technical leaders to drive innovation.

You will lead the development of BIM Execution Plans, support AI-enabled technologies, and promote integration of design, asset, and operational data throughout

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in civil engineering and BIM.
• Proven 3D modeling/BIM experience with Bentley/Autodesk tools.
• Experience leading BIM for infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Civil BIM and digital delivery initiatives across projects.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams.
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms.
• Support AI-enabled technologies and digital twin strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with BIM/delivery requirements.
• Assist in proposal development highlighting RK&K's BIM capabilities.
• Champion innovation and data management across programs.
