RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to lead BIM and digital delivery initiatives across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. This role supports project teams and drives model-based delivery and data management strategies.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering leaders, develop BIM Execution Plans, and advance AI-enabled workflows while helping teams adopt 3D/model-based practices in a remote-enabled environment.

Formación

5–10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
Strong BIM and 3D modeling expertise.
Proficiency with Bentley and Autodesk applications (OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Revit).

Responsabilidades

Lead Civil BIM and digital delivery initiatives across projects.
Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams.
Support and optimize workflows for BIM standards, data management, and AI-enabled tools.
Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based project delivery.
Coach teams to adopt 3D/model-based delivery practices.
