Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Team Lead - CIVDEP to oversee day-to-day CIVDEP support activities within a DoD acquisition context. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage workload and recruiting support, and assist with acquisition program management, risk, schedules, and analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, communications skills, and experience in DoD processes. Travel up to 20% may be involved as part of the position.

Qualifications

• DoD/DHA acquisition environment experience.
• Proven ability to lead project/program management efforts.
• Experience with risk and schedule management.
• Experience in process improvement and business operations.
• Experience supporting senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CIVDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and recruiting support.
• Support acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis.
• Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.
