Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Team Lead - CIVDEP to oversee day-to-day CIVDEP support activities within a DoD acquisition context. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage workload and recruiting support, and assist with acquisition program management, risk, schedules, and analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, communications skills, and experience in DoD processes. Travel up to 20% may be involved as part of the position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.


• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Strong organizational and multitasking capability.


• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.


• DoDI 5000 / AAF.


• PPBE and acquisition planning.


• Integrated Master Scheduling.


• DHA medical product development experience.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
