Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Team Lead - CIVDEP in Frederick, MD to oversee day-to-day CIVDEP support and coordinate a multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing workloads, training, and recruiting support within a DoD acquisition context.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Lead day-to-day CIVDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and recruiting support.
• Support acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis.
• Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.

Qualifications

• DoD/DHA acquisition environment.
• Project/program management.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
• DoDI 5000 / AAF.
• PPBE and acquisition planning.
• Integrated Master Scheduling.
• DHA medical product development experience.

Pay And Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
