Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Team Lead – CIVDEP to direct day-to-day CIVDEP support activities within the DoD acquisition environment. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage workloads, and drive program management, risk, and schedules to ensure acquisition objectives are achieved.

Travel up to 20% is expected; you will standardize processes, monitor performance, and support senior government stakeholders across acquisition analysis and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
• DoDI 5000 / AAF.
• PPBE and acquisition planning.
• Integrated Master Scheduling.
• DHA medical product development experience.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
