Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of fleet maintenance or heavy vehicle repair management experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and compliance standards.
• Experience with diagnostic systems, preventative maintenance scheduling, and repair authorizations.
• Ability to lift, push, or move 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 75 pounds.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections for vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and enforce DOT compliance policies and service file management.
• Establish and refine preventative maintenance schedules using repair data analytics.
• Serve as the fleet management software expert and oversee its implementation.
• Manage GeoTab system rollout and reporting functions.
