Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance of buildings/facilities (preferred)
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct maintenance staff and activities
• Knowledge of life/safety codes and building systems

Responsibilities

• Run daily maintenance operations for city facilities under Public Works Director
• Inspect buildings for life/safety issues and take corrective action
• Prioritize maintenance needs and direct building maintenance personnel
• Direct the work of building maintenance staff and manage emergency calls
