Job summary

Gfoat is seeking a Facilities Maintenance coordinator to oversee building system repairs, installations and preventive maintenance across City Facilities. You will supervise staff and contractors, review work, and assist with project design and management for various building projects.

Responsibilities include assisting with annual budgets, long-term planning, and service contracts while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in installation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, work order management systems and basic accounting and budgeting principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, officials, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform facilities maintenance across building systems.
• Instruct, schedule, review and evaluate staff and contractors.
