Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a highly organized Platform Specialist - Cisco to join our team in the United States. You will support Cisco business through quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries, acting as a key operations and sales support partner.

The ideal candidate has Cisco product experience, strong sales operations knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR high school diploma with 5+ years.
• Experience in sales support, operations, customer service, vendor support, order management, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries.
• Review and process sales orders with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco representatives to meet customer needs.
• Prepare quotes for products, software, subscriptions, and licenses.
• Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Adhere to SLAs and analyze account activity for insights.
