Responsibilities

• Manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries for Cisco business.
• Review and process sales orders with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco reps to meet needs.
• Prepare quotes for products, software, subscriptions, and licensing for customers and channel partners.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues impacting fulfillment or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and provide business insights from sales data.
