Ingram Micro is seeking a Platform Specialist - Cisco to join our team. You will support Cisco sales by handling quotes, orders, licensing, and partner inquiries while coordinating with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, and Operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and collaboration across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and grow Cisco-related business worldwide.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher with relevant sales support experience.
• Experience supporting Cisco products, subscriptions, renewals, or channel programs.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, quoting, order management, or customer support processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Cisco licensing, subscriptions, programs, or partner ecosystem (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco reps to meet customer needs.
• Prepare product, software, subscription, and licensing quotes for customers and channel partners.

• Monitor order status and resolve issues impacting fulfillment or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and provide business insights from data.
