Ingram Micro is seeking a highly organized Platform Specialist - Cisco to join our growing team. You will support Cisco business by managing quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries, collaborating with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco reps to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support, operations, customer service, vendor support, order management, or related functions.

Responsabilités

• Manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries.
• Review and process sales orders with a high degree of accuracy.
• Partner closely with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco representatives to meet customer needs.
• Prepare product, software, subscription, and licensing quotes for customers and channel partners.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues impacting fulfillment or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with established SLAs.
• Analyze account activity, sales data, and market trends to provide meaningful business insights.
• Manage lead and order activities within assigned territories or account segments.
• Identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Participate in vendor promotions, programs, and initiatives that drive Cisco business growth.
