You will support Cisco-related activities, manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries, working closely with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco representatives to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate has Cisco experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years relevant experience or high school diploma with 5+ years.
• Proven experience in sales support, operations, customer service, or order management.
• Experience supporting Cisco products, licensing, renewals, or channel programs.
• Strong understanding of quoting, order management, and customer support processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsabilités

• Manage quotes, orders, licensing requests, and partner inquiries.
• Review and process sales orders with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Vendor Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Cisco reps.
• Prepare product, software, subscription, and licensing quotes.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues affecting fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Analyze account activity, sales data, and market trends.
• Manage lead and order activities in assigned territories.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Participate in vendor promotions and Cisco initiatives.
