Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Circuit Breaker Tech III in Lebanon, TN to perform maintenance on circuit breakers across multiple manufacturers, with duties including disassembly, calibration, and testing to OEM guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of low to 15KV breakers, and OSHA/IEEE/NFPA familiarity. Travel and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 5 years’ related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude for overhauling and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage circuit breakers up to 15KV.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Punctual, capable of completing projects on time.
• Familiar with OSHA, NFPA, IEEE standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and test circuit breakers across manufacturers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble and calibrate breakers.
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot per OEM guidelines.
• Prepare test sheets and document results (as found / as left).
• Build strong client relationships and meet timelines.
• Improve operations and coordinate with other departments.
