Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Circuit Breaker Technician to support inspection, repair, and refurbishment of medium- and high-voltage circuit breakers. This role sits mainly in the breaker shop with occasional field support, emphasizing safety and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will read electrical drawings, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and perform testing using appropriate equipment. Prior experience with medium/high-voltage equipment and NETA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical equipment, breakers, switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble medium/high-voltage breakers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tests on breakers and switchgear.
• Read schematics and manufacturer docs; document findings accurately.
• Support field services and travel to sites as required.
