Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Circuit Breaker Tech I to perform general maintenance on electric circuit breakers across a broad range of manufacturers. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of low to medium voltage breakers. Willingness to work flexible hours is required, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Some knowledge of circuit breakers for low voltage up to 600V and medium voltage up to 15kV.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on electric circuit breakers across a broad spectrum of manufacturers.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical functional tests.
• Inspect, dismantle, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate circuit breakers.
• Test and troubleshoot per OEM guidelines; document findings.
• Maintain neat work area and comply with safety rules.
