Hoosier Energy operates CIP compliance leadership to oversee NERC CIP program implementation and ongoing adherence for BES Cyber Systems. The Team Leader guides analysts, coordinating with IT, OT, and operations while managing audits and regulatory engagements.

The role demands solid leadership, deep CIP standards knowledge, and strong communication to drive continual improvement and incident response across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in NERC CIP compliance or related areas.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GICSP, or PMP preferred.
• Experience with SCADA, EMS, OT environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor CIP Analysts.
• Develop and improve CIP compliance programs.
• Coordinate internal audits and remediation.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory audits and data requests.
• Monitor NERC standards changes.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, security, and operations teams.
• Manage documentation and reporting using GRC tools.
• Facilitate incident response and root cause analysis.
• Represent the organization in industry forums/regulatory discussions.
• Promote compliance culture and cybersecurity awareness.
