Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in the United States seeks a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to ensure adherence to NERC CIP and related standards for mid/low impact BES Cyber Systems.

The role interfaces with OT, IT, engineering, and security teams to sustain regulatory compliance and drive improvement. The position requires deep knowledge of NERC rules and industrial OT networks, with responsibilities spanning audits, drills, and reporting to leadership while enabling safe, reliable power plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 6+ years of related industry experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 8+ years of related industry experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of NERC regulatory rules and participate in forums.
• Implement NERC CIP and O&P programs for medium and low impact BES Cyber Systems.
• Perform reviews and provide documentation to verify compliance.
• Communicate technical information clearly to team members through reports and proposals.
• Participate in audits, drills, and cyber events.
• Support leadership with performance reporting and initiative communications.
