Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC in Hammond, IN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support regulatory compliance and readiness for a new Control Center, BES cyber onboarding, and PSP establishment. This role offers a hybrid work model with on-site presence Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri, and a 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT schedule.

The successful candidate will coordinate across NERC CIP, NERC 693, cybersecurity, OT, physical security, and operational teams to ensure regulatory requirements are addressed,

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex compliance or regulatory programs for utilities.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across cybersecurity, OT, facilities, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NERC CIP and NERC 693 compliance activities across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings with cybersecurity, OT, physical security, facilities, operations, and compliance teams.
• Prepare executive status updates and ensure timely readiness for go-live.
