Job summary

Manifest Solutions seeks a Compliance Program Manager for our Hammond, IN location. You will lead regulatory readiness initiatives, coordinate NERC CIP/693 activities, and serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and compliance experts to ensure controls are tested and validated before commissioning.

You will drive milestones, risk management, and documentation across Cyber, OT, Physical Security, and Facilities teams, ensuring production readiness and audit readiness for BES

Qualifications

• Complete and clear Personnel Risk Assessment & Completion of NERC CIP training modules.
• Experience managing complex compliance or infrastructure projects involving multiple business functions.
• Strong project planning, schedule management, issue management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across technical, operational, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Experience supporting Control Center construction, migration, certification, or operational readiness initiatives.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity and utility operational environments.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables and controls.
• Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NERC CIP and NERC 693 regulatory activities to achieve compliance readiness prior to go-live and audits.
• Lead compliance activities for Control Center implementations, including planning, milestones, risk, and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate certification for BES Cyber Systems, ESPs, PSPs, EACMS, PACS, and PCA as part of production ops readiness.
• Ensure compliance requirements are integrated into design, build, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Develop and manage evidence repositories, audit packages, and transition documentation.
