Hoosier Energy is seeking a CIP Compliance Team Leader in Bloomington to oversee the implementation and maintenance of CIP standards across BES Cyber Systems. You will guide a team of analysts and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure audit readiness and regulatory engagement.

You will lead incident response, monitor NERC CIP changes, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to stakeholders and promoting cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5 years’ experience in NERC CIP compliance, cybersecurity, or electric utility operations required.
• CISSP, CISA, GICSP or PMP preferred.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor CIP analysts, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee CIP compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, self-assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory audits and data requests.
• Monitor changes to NERC CIP standards and related practices.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and operations for cross-functional compliance.
• Manage compliance documentation and reporting using GRC tools.
• Facilitate incident response and root cause analysis for CIP events.
• Represent organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
• Promote a culture of compliance and cybersecurity awareness.
