West Monroe is seeking a Manager to join our CIO Advisory within Operations Excellence, focused on outsourcing and service delivery optimization. The role involves leading engagements, managing budgets, and driving vendor relationships with client sponsors directly.

You will guide teams through procurement, integration planning, and market analysis while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to business development. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of IT outsourcing, service delivery advisory and M&A advisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on outsourcing strategies and vendor relationships, including IT outsourcing and service delivery model optimization.
• Serve as a delivery leader on engagements of moderate-to-high complexity and scale.
• Oversee engagement scope, budget, deliverables, profitability, and team development.
• Develop technical/operational requirements and write RFPs.
• Evaluate vendor proposals from multiple perspectives.
• Lead procurement workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Perform procurement due diligence and identify cost savings and risks.
• Create Day 1 and post-close procurement integration strategies.
• Build practice area capabilities and lead training.
• Support business development and account management.
• Engage in proposal development and ensure proper scope.
• Mentor and recruit new consultants.
• Provide QA review on junior team members.
• Travel up to 50%.
