West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Consumer & Industrial Products (CIP) Team within our M&A practice. This role leads large-scale transformation programs across manufacturing, supply chain, and technology, partnering with executives to translate strategy into operating models and measurable outcomes.

You will drive multi-workstream delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and apply AI tools to enhance insights while traveling 30-50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of consulting, transformation, or operational improvement experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and plant-level processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and automation platforms.
• Experience translating objectives into executable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and assessing outputs.
• Excellent executive communication with C-level clients.

Aufgaben

• Serve as executive delivery lead for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and technology.
• Lead manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects, including: strategic transformation roadmap development and execution planning.
• Workstream coordination across operations, plant, IT, and OT teams.
• Business process redesign and operating model changes.
• Risk, issue, and decision management; executive communications and progress reporting.
• Benefits realization and value tracking; oversee multiple engagement teams and workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and OT.
