Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress, with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities and needs through interviews and data analysis.
• Capture and synthesize discussions, identifying key findings and follow-up actions.
• Gather and document requirements to support assessments and future-state designs.
• Assess technology capabilities and transformation opportunities to identify gaps.
• Define KPIs and value measures with data sources and validation methods.
• Develop analytical frameworks and quantify costs, benefits, and risks.
• Create storyboards and communicate insights clearly for client deliverables.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate research while ensuring output quality.
