Formación

• Basic math/algebra required.
• Customer service or food service experience a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehavior is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn current technology and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service: Greet guests, answer inquiries, explain promotions, enforce policies, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
• Box Office: Sell tickets and gift cards, process payments, monitor attendance, and assist with inquiries.
• Concessions: Prepare and serve food/beverage, operate equipment safely, maintain cleanliness and stock.
• Usher: Greet and guide guests, monitor auditorium quality, maintain common areas, assist with seating and crowd control.
