Job summary

Kinepolis is seeking Cast Members to enhance the guest experience across cinema operations in Novi. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and promote loyalty programs while supporting box office, concessions, and usher duties.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and can work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

InformationThe Cast Member position enhances the guest experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across all areas of cinema operations. Cast Members are responsible for one or more of the operational areas based on experience and business needs and serve as the first and most important point of contact to all Kinepolis guests.Key AccountabilitiesGuest ServiceGreet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Educate guests about current movies, promotions, and any available loyalty or rewards programs.Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests.Provide general customer service and other duties as assigned.Box OfficeSell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions to guests.Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.Monitor showtime attendance levels and assist with guest movie selection.Receive and direct phone calls or other guest inquiries as needed.ConcessionsPrepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items.Operate and maintain concession equipment following proper safety procedures.Ensure cleanliness and organization of concession areas; restock as needed.Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality by following proper recipes and procedures.Comply with applicable food safety laws and health department guidelines.Deliver food and beverage items to guests as needed.UsherGreet guests as they enter and exit the theater; assist with ticket-taking and seating.Monitor auditoriums for presentation quality (picture, sound, temperature) and address disruptions as needed.Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for all guests.Restock and upkeep self-service guest stations throughout the facility.Basic mental algebra is requiredPrevious customer service or food service experience is a plusAble to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWork both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to identify and correct guest misbehaviour is requiredCommunicate effectivelyManage and prioritize tasks efficientlyLearn and adapt to current technology and procedures
